The strategies and work of the District is lead by by a variety of committees and the District Leadership Council (DLC).  Members of the committees represent clubs across District, and the committees are defined by the District Leadership Plan.  A copy of the entire District Leadership Plan is posted under the home page link to "Governance"

The form and function of each specific committee as specified by the District Leadership Plan are managed by a Committee chairperson.  All District 5400 Rotarians are welcome and encouraged to participate in the work of the committees.
