SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ABOUND!

District Conference is successful because Rotary volunteers from across District 5400 support the event through donating time, talent and treasure.   Sponsorships are a key part of covering the costs and keeping the registration costs low.  Please consider becoming a Conference sponsor through one of the following options: 

A.  Conference Program

  1. Inside of the front cover; inside of the back cover; or outside of the back Cover. These positions are first come first serve basis) $1,500
  2. Full page, black and white, inside the program: $750
  3. Half page, black and white, inside the program: $550
  4. Quarter page, black and white, inside the program: $250 

B.  Event Sponsorship

  1. Welcome Lunch, includes your logo plus promotion by the MC: $1,000 
  2. Keynote speaker from the United Nations, includes your logo plus promotion by the MC: $1,000
  3. Banquet dessert, includes display your logo on every table: $750
  4. Cocktail reception, includes display of banner you provide: $750
  5. Awards presentation, includes your logo in the presentation: $500
  6. Networking board, includes your logo on the board $300

Important to know: Advertising and event sponsorships need to be completed by April 15
