Rotary District 5400 Charitable Programs, Inc. (CPI), is the 501(c)(3) charitable corporation formed by District 5400 to benefit its Rotary Clubs. It was the brainchild of then-District Governor Gene Day and created to allow the Rotary Clubs of the district to use it to receive and disburse charitable contributions toward their qualifying projects rather than having to form their own charitable organizations in order to accept charitable contributions.

Clubs who are interested in utilizing CPI can contact its President, Nancy Koonce, to learn more details of the process at nancykoonce@harriscpas.com or 208-734-8932.
