We are excited to be planning your 2023 District Celebration! It’ll be held at the Riverside Hotel in Boise this year!
Here are some of the hands-on service opportunities that we’ll be offering:
- Peace Walk to the Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, with a docent-led tour
- Planting trees at the Rotary Wetland Peace Preserve
- Building bird feeders and Little Free Libraries
- Tying fleece blankets for distribution to non-profit groups district-wide
- Guided Group Ride, touring Rotary sites on the Boise Greenbelt by bicycle on a casual 8-mile loop
Notice a common thread? Many of our planned activities focus on Peacebuilding and—since it’ll be Earth Day—support Earth stewardship.
