The District Public Relations Committee is continuing to work on the PR grant we have been awarded from Rotary International. As you will recall., this $20,000 effort will provide for about 1600 TV spots in January/February of 2014, with the objective of promoting Rotary membership. These "Public Image" ads, which have already been produced by RI, will also include an opportunity for us to promote our clubs by suggesting a visit to a central website with, among interesting Rotary information, links to all our clubs.

Accordingly, it is essential that ALL District clubs have a "web presence" through a unique domain which is linked to the District effort. Many of our clubs have not yet joined the 21st century by creating and maintaining their own website. The PR Committee is here and eager to help those clubs get on board.  They will soon be contacting club Presidents with a plan which should make it easy for them to proceed and "get connected". More later..................
