You can make sure your club's website is attractive and effective by following some simple suggestions:

1. Keep it simple, without clutter

2. Don't have too much information on the "home page". You can always add additional pages for more information.

3. Be sure to use the new Rotary graphics from R.I.

4. Have contact information: where and when you meet, contact person phone number or e-mail

5. Don't show a person's email address - use a program that will open the email function invisibly. Otherwise, you're asking for spam!

6. Make sure is up to date; delete events that have already happened

7. Remember that the purpose of your home page is to inform visitors and potential members. Use additional pages or an e-bulletin to inform your membership.

8. Your homepage should include links to other Rotary sites - Rotary International, District 5400, Zone 27, Rotary Foundation, etc
