Boise-Southwest member John Freeman passed away on January 18, 2023. A member of Rotary International since 1981, John served as President of his Rotary Club in California.
He promptly joined the Boise Southwest Rotary Club and accepted whatever duty his new Club required. John was elected the Rotary District 5400 Governor for 1996-1997. John and Maxine visited every club in the district. This duty was a joyful grand tour of Idaho.
