Santa Clara Rotarian Harbir Kaur Bhatia has been to the Ukraine three times since the war started. In this special video presentation for our district, Harbir shares her compelling first hand account and two ways you can help.
From the start of the Ukraine war, Harbir has been dedicated to the crisis and has been on regular aid missions with her organization Ik Onkar Bridges, Selectiva Charities, and Rotary. For 4 months, she has been leading weekly meetings to educate Rotarians about the realities on the ground, the needs assessment, and how to help get more financial support to the war-torn region.
In this presentation, we'll learn how to help, both in Ukraine and right here in our district by joining a group of Rotarians sponsoring a Ukrainian family to come to Idaho. If you are so moved, you may also make a financial donation that will support Harbir's work.
