Happy September Birthdays to Ken Reglin (9/22) and Dennis Johnson (9/17).
The Meridian Rotary Club has closed out the 2022-2023 grant, delivering $1,497 of equipment and educational games to the Boys & Girls Club. The Meridian program has seen a lot of turn-over in staff over the last year. The contacts Rotary had at Boys & Girls club are gone, and we are developing a relationship with the staff at the Peregrine Elementary School location. We hope to welcome Dana Cipriano at a future Rotary meeting!
For the 2023-2024 year the Club is working with Camp River Run to provide medical supplies for their summer camp for children with ongoing medical conditions. If you would like volunteer and get involved, please reach out Renae Goodwin.
Everyone is invited to play kick ball and kick out polio on Saturday, October 7th. Check in begins at 10am and Opening Ceremonies start at 10:45am. We anticipate we'll conclude around 2pm.
The Games will be hosted at Ann Morrison Park in Boise. You do not need to be part of a team. Interclub Fellowship is one of the primary goals of this event, so simply REGISTER HERE and our planning committee will organize teams, which will be announced the morning of the event.
This is a family friendly, all ages, all abilities event that is fun for all!
