District Grants Reporting

The deadline for reporting on open TRF district grants is May 15th.

All clubs with open grants must report at www.matchinggrants.org by the deadline to be eligible to apply for a grant in the 2024-25 cycle. 

If your grant project is completed, your final report is due. The report form can be downloaded from the administration side of the description tab. 

Upload a PDF of your grant report, all receipts, and any documents related to expenses to the documents folder of your grant, and click “reported” on the admin side of the description tab. 

If your project is not finished, you should file a progress report by sending a simple email through history logs. All that is required in the email is whether the project has been started (and when it was started), what percentage of completion you are, and when you anticipate having it wrapped up.  What you have done to date does not need to be included in a progress report.

An open grant project does not need to be completed to apply to a 2024-25 grant as long as you’ve filed a progress report by May 15th.
