Greetings District 5400 Rotarians,
This message is to inform you the District 5400 Nominating Committee met early in December 2024 and selected Karl Klokke, a candidate from the Rotary Club of Boise Sunrise, for the position of District Governor Nominee. Karl Klokke will follow Mike Markley as District Governor serving District 5400 in the 2027-2028 Rotary year.
Karl Klokke has extensive Rotary experience and brings his passion and enthusiasm for vibrant and active Rotary clubs to the district. Many of you may have met Karl either at Lobsterfest or at the most recent District 5400 conference as the logistics coordinator. Karl has also successfully grown our District 5400 raffle for the past several years.
Karl will be working with the entire DG line as he prepares for his new role serving our District and your clubs!
