TRF District grant criteria and instructions for 2025-26 are available now. They will be sent to Foundation chairs and club presidents-elect soon, if you haven’t received them already. Now is the time to start thinking about a project for which you could use a grant in the upcoming Rotary year. You have lots of time to develop a qualifying project, as the deadline for signed applications isn’t until June 1 st , 2025. If you have an open grant, your final report is due May 15 (or a progress report if you haven’t completed your project). Late reports on open grants may cause you to be ineligible for a grant in the new year, so please don’t hesitate to wrap up your reporting!
District 5400 will have $53,374 from The Rotary Foundation for our block grant. The maximum grant in tier 2 is $1,327. The maximum grant in tier 3 remains $5,000 and is only available to clubs whose per capita giving to Annual Fund SHARE in the funding year 2022-23 was at least $100/capita. There are added conditions in tier 2 this cycle and the same conditions in tier 3 as in the past. The instructions explain all this, and it is advised you read and understand them before beginning your application at www.matchinggrants.org.
Watch your email for the 2025-26 instructions.
