Rotary District 5400 is excited to launch a new Next Generation Service Exchange (NGSE) program, creating opportunities for young adults to experience the world through service, cultural exchange, and Rotary.
WHAT IS NGSE?
More than travel.
An exchange with purpose.
Next Generation Service Exchange is a Rotary international exchange opportunity designed for young adults, typically ages 18–30, who want to combine international travel with service and cultural experiences. Participants don’t simply travel—they serve alongside local communities, build lasting friendships, experience new cultures, and develop leadership skills.

District 5400
District 5400 is in the process of building our NGSE program and establishing relationships with Rotary districts and clubs around the world.
We are exploring opportunities that will provide participants with meaningful service experiences, cultural immersion, professional connections, and opportunities to learn from communities beyond our borders.
