The Rotary-IEP Partnership is pleased to send this special invitation to apply for our One-Day Positive Peace Workshop, just prior to the 2025 at Rotary International Convention in Calgary. This event on Saturday, June 21st, 2025 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Calgary Convention Centre. It will be free to attend and will include lunch and tea breaks. Attendees will be responsible for their flights, accommodations and the rest of their expenses in Calgary.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until April 15, 2025. Accepted candidates will be notified no more than 2 weeks after applying.
Workshop Information:
- Workshop date: June 21, 2025 from 9 am – 5 pm
- Workshop location: Hyatt Regency Calgary (located close to the RI Convention)
- Up to 100 Rotary members will be selected to attend
- Workshop objective: Rotary members learn new skills and approaches to building Positive Peace in their communities
Applicant Qualifications:
- Rotary members are committed to peacebuilding and are eager to learn more about Positive Peace and its application.
- Strong command of English (workshop will be conducted in English)
