Rotarians – Volunteer & Support Rotary at Boise State’s Civic Engagement Fair
Boise State University’s Institute for Advancing American Values is hosting a Civic Engagement Fair as part of its Distinguished Lecture Series on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Jordan Ballroom in the Student Union Building at BSU.
The evening will feature Hillsdale College Historian Wilfred McClay, speaking at 7:00 PM. Following his remarks, from approximately 8:15–9:00 PM, community members will visit organization tables to learn more about opportunities to engage and serve.
Rotary will have a recruiting and information table at the event, and this is a great chance for Rotarians to:
- Share the mission of Rotary with a civic-minded audience
- Connect with and recruit potential new members and partners
- Demonstrate Rotary’s presence and impact in the Treasure Valley
Details:
- Free parking at Lincoln Avenue Garage (1 Belmont St, Boise, ID 83706)
- Table setup: 6:00–6:30 PM
- Speaker starts at 7:00 PM
- Rotary table will be active from 8:15-9:00 PM
- Event ends at 9:00 PM
We’re looking for Rotarians to attend and volunteer at our recruiting table. Your presence and enthusiasm will help showcase the power of Rotary service in our community.
