Rotary Benefactor and Bequest Society

Has Rotary been a big part of your life? I met my husband through Rotary!

Do you try to give back to Rotary with your time and your money? Sure, and it is FUN too!

Do you want to keep giving to Rotary and your community after you are gone? You can do that by making a pledge to the “Rotary Foundation of Rotary International” as a bequest in your will or estate plan. Your gift will go to the Endowment Fund where only its earnings are spent, thus supporting Foundation programs in perpetuity. You can direct how you want that money to be used, although a pledge to Annual Fund-SHARE allows your money to support the greatest need at the time and helps to fund Foundation grants of our district’s choosing.

You can remain anonymous if you choose, or give in someone’s name to honor them! A gift of $1000 or more to the Endowment Fund, and that Rotary is informed of, will give you the status of a Benefactor and a gift of $10,000 or more bumps you into the Bequest Society which comes with recognition at 6 levels of giving.

“The Rotary Foundation is known for its commitment to effective programs that make a lasting difference in people’s lives. A gift from your estate will provide ongoing financial support, just as your annual contributions do today.”

District 5400 grants are part of the money you give every year to Annual Fund-SHARE, coming back to clubs in our district for us to do good in our communities.
