Rotary’s Rose Parade Float 2025

Did you know that for the past 45 years Rotary has had a float in the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California on New Year’s Day? 

You might wonder why Rotary has a float in the annual parade. Paul Harris said, “In the promotion of Rotary, it is important to reach large numbers and you cannot reach them privately.” The Rose Parade is watched has a television audience over 28 million viewers in the U.S. alone. It is estimated that 700,000 people view it live.  

The Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee is looking for Rotarians to help create the 2025 float. You and / or your club can raise money to support the cost of the float. You can volunteer to help decorate the float prior to the parade. you can sign up to walk along the float during the parade or you can buy swag.
